Custom Logo

Customize our covers with your logo. Camera ready artwork must be supplied in black ink on white ground.  Any text must be greater than 8 point.  If uploading or e-mailing, artwork must be sent in JPEG (saved at highest quality, lowest compression) or TIFF format. You may also mail a hard copy original or CD-ROM.

If using fonts, please convert all fonts to paths in your illustration program to avoid possible substitution. If fonts are not converted, include a copy of all the fonts (both the screen and printer) used in your files.

A one-time die fee ($90.00) will be applied. There is no additional charge for re-orders with your inventoried dies. Artwork is not to exceed a 5" x 10" print area.

$50.00 covers all expenses to create your custom logo.  Please email or call us with your information and/or ideas.  (All logos will be created in Photoshop and approved by customer before printing procedures)

Custom Font Typesetting

Enhance your covers with up to 3 consecutive lines of custom fonts! A typesetting proof will be provided and approval is required before production.
A one-time plate fee will be applied. There is no additional charge for re-orders with your inventoried plates.

Double Run Fees

If you would like a combination of any of the above choices, a double run fee and an additional plate fee may apply. Double Run orders cannot be processed over the Internet, please contact customer service at 585-766-0229 to place your order.

Price Guarantee

At GetBound.com, we do not like being undersold.  If a competitor has a lower price, let us know so we can try and match or beat their price.

Ordering

Orders can be placed by Fax (585-295-6001), Phone (585-766-0229), mail or e-mail (orders@GetBound.com).  Although we make every effort to expedite orders, production times vary, so please advise us of any deadlines when placing an order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from verbal orders.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. If other shipping options are chosen by the customer, it applies to the date when product has been completed. (Ex: If it takes 3 days for the items to be produced and Next Day Air is chosen, the item will be received in 4 days.) Stock Items are available for same day shipping if ordered by 12:00PM EST.  GetBound.com is not responsible for delays in transit.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders, PayPal and personal checks (allow 3-5 days for check to clear).   Please note that NJ Distributing, LLC will appear on your bank statements when a credit card is used, not GetBound.com. 

Return Policy

Stock Items

Stock items may be returned for credit less a 20% restocking charge within 10 days of receiving products.  Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges (both ways).  All returned products require written authorization from GetBound.com. All items returned must be in the same condition as originally delivered.  Once a product is received, in good order, a credit will be applied to the customers account.  

Non-Stock Items

Custom made or non-stock sizes cannot be returned or exchanged. Charges may apply for canceling custom orders for time and material expenses. Samples are available for custom orders for your approval prior to placing the order. Plate charges will be applied for samples requiring a custom logo or custom font.
