A: You may choose from UPS: Next Day Air, Second Day Air,
Three Day Select, and Ground.
Q: When must I place my order for it to be shipped that day?
A: We guarantee shipping that day if the order is placed
before 12:00pm EST, M-F and the item is in stock.
Q: How long does it take to receive stock menus?
A: In most cases the order will be sent the following day
if the order is place Monday-Friday.
Q: How long
does it take to receive custom made menus?
A: In almost all cases
custom menus will be received within one to three weeks depending on
the product and the customers location..
Q: What does the
$90.00 fee go towards on a custom made menu?
A: The $90.00 is
what it costs to make a template to stamp on your menus.
This is one time fee.
The next time you order menus from us, you will not be charged to stamp
your logo or name.
Q: If I needed a logo created,
how long would that take?
A: The process would take
no longer than three business days.
Q: Can I purchase
any of the products if I live outside the United States?
A: In most cases No,
but we will make a few exceptions for certain customers.
